Kids will create and send paper mail with supplies and postage that are provided to them. All they need to bring with them is the mailing addresses of friends or family members who they'd like to send hand-made mail to.
The workshop, led by Melissa Miksis of Viva Snail Mail, is for kids who are age 4 or older, including tweens and teens.
This and all other Friends of Greenwood Playground events are free.
Meet at the chess tables in Greenwood Playground on E. 5th Street, between Fort Hamilton Parkway and Greenwood
Avenue, in Windsor Terrace, just a block away from Kensington.
