Alternate side of the street parking regulations will be suspended citywide tomorrow, Friday, February 8th, to
facilitate storm preparation (loading the salt spreaders, attaching
plows, when necessary, preparing tire chains, and notifying supplementary
personnel, as needed). Payment at parking meters will remain in effect
throughout the city, say the New York City departments of Transportation and Sanitation.
