The Wi-Fi that was scheduled to be installed in Prospect Park by the end of the summer has arrived. Wireless Internet access is available for free inside the Picnic House. It doesn't require a password, and it's available to everyone with an iPhone, iPad, smartphone, or computer. AT&T will provide free access for five years.
From May through October, you can buy food and beverages in the Picnic House to eat and drink while you're online: Movable Feast Cafe at the Picnic House sells coffee, cold drinks, muffins, pastries, wraps, and ice cream.
The park entrance that's closest to the Picnic House is on Prospect Park West at 3rd Street in Park Slope.
