We are thrilled to be kicking off our long-awaited cooking classes at Brooklyn Commune! Our first class will be on "Spices from Around the World." We'll be teaching different methods to release the full flavors and show how to apply them to soups, veggies, grains and meats. At the end of the class, everyone will sit down to enjoy the prepared meal together.
The class is scheduled for Monday, November 14th, starting at 6 pm (approximately 2 hrs) and the cost is $75/person. The class will be limited to 8 participants and RSVP is required - by phone at (718) 686-1044 or in person at our counter.
