Self-Defense Training

A number of sexual assaults have taken place since March in Sunset Park, Park Slope, Greenwood Heights, Kensington, Windsor Terrace, and Bay Ridge. In this self-defense class, The Center for Anti-Violence Education will teach you techniques for defending yourself. You also be able to get information from the NYPD about the attacks.
Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers, and bring a bottle of water, a pad of paper, and something to write with for taking notes.
