Please answer a short survey about the problems you've been having with garbage and recycling pick-up by the Sanitation Department. The survey can be filled out anonymously. The questions are:
- Has your trash an/or recyling been picked up this week (as of 01/31/11)?
- If you answered yes, what day?
- If your answer was no, when was the last time your trash/recycling was picked up?
- Have you seen trash and/or recycling plied up on the curb for more than one day?
- Do you think DSNY is doing a good job with trash/recycling since snowmageddon 2010?
- Do you agree the City and State should look into the poor response to the trash/recycling removal since Snowmageddon 2010?
- Outside of the trash/recycling issues, do you think snow removal has improved since Snowmageddon 2010?
- Do you still have standing snow and ice on your street taking up parking spaces and blocking access to driveways, sidewalks and homes?

Ask other people to fill out the survey too. The results will be presented to local elected officials and the Sanitation Department by the end of this week.
