31 Church Ave LLC sold the property to BP Developer Partners LLC for $10 million in August 2025.
The property (Tax Block 5313, Lot 34) includes these addresses: 31-35 Church Avenue, 43 Church Avenue, and 43 Rear Church Avenue.
The building will include 29 condominiums, commercial space, and community facility space, a rear yard, and 26 enclosed parking spaces.
