Operation Gig! continues this weekend. The live, outdoor music series is held on the porches of private houses in Ditmas Park. It started in July 2020 in order to provide a venue for musicians to perform in during the pandemic and provide a safe outdoor space for the public to gather to enjoy live music.
No entrance fee is charged, but donations to the musicians are welcome at the performance and to the tax-deductible Operation Gig Musician Guarantee Fund on GoFundMe.

The Howard Britz Trio

"A Jazz piano trio featuring the music of American/English pianist, bassist, and composer, Howard Britz, whose music is melodic, open hearted, emotional, and feel-good. Drawing from Jazz, Afro-Cuban, Gospel, and Brazilian traditions with unique compositions that tell musical stories and bring listeners into an intriguing world of ideas, sound, groove, and feeling.
