The menu is up at the brand-new Parade Café. On it are a variety of soups, salads, and sandwiches; coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages; and turnovers, croissants, and other pastries.
Some of the sandwiches will be available until 11:00 a.m., while others will be available from 11:00 a.m. on.
The café opened this past Friday, August 12th. Its hours of operation are
- Mondays through Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and
- Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The location was previously the home of Caton Chemists; it's next to 620 on Caton Pizzeria Restaurant.
Gregory Tetaud, one of the owners, is a Kensington resident who hails from La Rochelle, France. Gregory also co-owns Le Paddock, a restaurant on Prospect Avenue in Windsor Terrace. The other owner, Dominique Drevet, formerly owned Bistro St. Marks.
