The menu is up at the brand-new Parade Café. On it are a variety of soups, salads, and sandwiches; coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages; and turnovers, croissants, and other pastries.
Some of the sandwiches will be available until 11:00 a.m., while others will be available from 11:00 a.m. on. The caféopened this past Friday, August 12th. Its hours of operation are
Mondays through Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and
Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The location was previously the home of Caton Chemists; it's next to 620 on Caton Pizzeria Restaurant. Gregory Tetaud, one of the owners, is a Kensington resident who hails from La
Rochelle, France. Gregory also co-owns Le Paddock, a restaurant on
Prospect Avenue in Windsor Terrace. The other owner, Dominique Drevet, formerly owned Bistro St. Marks.

Parade Cafe on Caton Avenue is hiring baristas and kitchen staff.
The soon-to-be-opened coffee shop is hiring baristas who have a minimum of one year of specialty coffee experience. An experienced prep cook is also needed; having an NYC food handlers license is a plus.

Parade Cafe is scheduled to open this month in the space previously occupied by Caton Chemists, between 620 on Caton Pizzeria Restaurant and Kam Hai Chinese Food.
The cafe is co-owned by Gregory Tetaud, a Kensington resident from La Rochelle, France, who is also one of the owners of Le Paddock (on Prospect Avenue in Windsor Terrace) and Dominique Drevet.
