The early bird gets the food: the peppers and potatoes, the apples and asparagus, the beets and bananas, the spinach and shallots, the turmeric, garlic, and ginger, and everything else in the store were snapped up by an unexpectedly large crowd of happy coop members.
And so, the Windsor Terrace Food Coop will NOT be open tomorrow after all because there's nothing left to buy!
Next weekend, if everything goes as planned, a refrigerated case will be installed, and dairy products will be sold.
The coop will be open next weekend (March 27th, 28th, and 29th) on Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday. More information will be posted here when it's available.
