KENSINGTON COMMUNITY HOLIDAY SING-ALONG

If the holidays make you nostalgic for old-school caroling or you’re just looking for ways to celebrate with your kids the different holidays the season has to offer, you won’t want to miss the Kensington Community Holiday Sing-along this Saturday the 15th!

We’ll have hot cider and cocoa to warm your hands and favorite holiday songs from different December traditions to warm your hearts. We’re also offering a quick, warming yoga practice to keep you cozy, s’mores to make your voices extra sweet, and a coat drive to share the warmth we’ve created with others. More people are in need this year than ever after Hurricane Sandy.

This event is sponsored by your neighborhood businesses, most of which are in a ring right around the plaza. You can see the whole list on the flyer with this post. Why not come early and check some of them out before the festivities begin? Bring your family and friends, and meet neighbors old and new at Kensington Plaza this Saturday at 5:00 p.m., and don’t forget to bring your gently-used winter coats.
