VEGETARIAN SUPPER CLUB THIS WEEKEND AT BROOKLYN COMMUNE

Vegetarian Supper Club
Saturday, April 28th, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

At Brooklyn Commune's monthly Supper Club, the menu alternates between omnivore, vegetarian, and vegan fare. The March dinner--which was the first one--was omnivore; this month's is vegetarian. Meals are served family style at the communal tables on the last weekend of every month.

Curly Spinach, Shaved Egg, Roasted Turnips, Goji Berries and Argan Oil
Napa Cabbage, Papaya & Mint Salad, Bee Pollen and Kaffir Lime Vinaigrette
Baby Bok Choy, Mushrooms, Umeboshi Plum and Yuzu
Tofu and Edamame, Coconut Thai Curry and Brown Rice Fritters
Mediterranean Eggplant, Quinoa Pilaf, Walnuts, Currants and Feta
Lemon Curd, Yogurt, Spiced Granola

includes coffee and tea with dessert

Price: $40 per person (excluding tax and tip). Bring your own wine or beer.
