UPDATE ON LOCAL GIRL SCOUT COOKIE SALES

The sale of Girl Scout cookies in our neighborhood has been delayed, but the cookies are well worth the wait.

IHM Girl Scout Troop 2700 will sell the cookies in front of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church on Saturday, April 29th, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 

IHM Brownie Troop 2662 will sell them in front of Thai Tony's on Saturday, May 6th, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The net revenue raised through the Girl Scout Cookie Program goes to Girl Scouts of Greater New York (the local Girl Scout Council) and the neighborhood troop.

IHM Brownie Troop 2662 will sell them in front of Thai Tony's on Saturday, April 1st [rescheduled for Saturday, May 6th], from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

IHM Girl Scout Troop 2700 will sell them in front of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church on Sunday, April 23rd, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

• Thin Mints (vegan) -- round, mint-flavored cookies with a delicious chocolaty coating
• Trefoils -- shortbread
• Tagalongs -- a layer of peanut butter with a rich chocolaty coating
• Do-si-dos -- sandwich cookies with crisp and crunchy oatmeal on the outside and creamy peanut butter inside
• Savannah Smiles -- zesty, lemon-flavored cookies dusted with powdered sugar
• Rah-Rah Raisins -- hearty oatmeal cookies packed with plump raisins and Greek yogurt-flavored chunks

The cookies sell for $4.00 per box.

The date for the sale at P.S. 10 remains the same: Friday, May 6th, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Get ready for a treat: Girl Scout cookies will be sold in thirty-four locations in Brooklyn during March, April, and May. Two of those locations are Thai Tony's and P.S. 10.
