On August 18, 2010, the City of New York's Department of Finance transferred and assigned a Tax Lien Sale Certificate for the property (known as 414 Church Avenue in legal documents) to The Bank of New York Mellon. On December 7, 2010, the Discharge of Tax Lien was sold to The Bank of New York Mellon.
