SAMO LIVES ON FORT HAMILTON PARKWAY



Homage has been paid to Jean-Michel Basquiat, 1960-1988, on a construction fence at the intersection of Fort Hamilton Parkway and E. 2nd Street in Windsor Terrace.

Basquiat, who was born and raised in Brooklyn, is buried in Green-wood Cemetery, just a few blocks from this corner.
