MCDONALD AVENUE TWO-WAY PROTECTED BIKE LANE, 10TH AVENUE TO FORT HAMILTON PARKWAY: FEEDBACK SOLICITED ON AN UPDATED PROPOSAL

McDonald Avenue Bike Lane Workshop
Wednesday, August 26th
6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The public's input will be solicited about an updated version of last year's proposal to create a two-way protected bike lane on McDonald Avenue from 10th Avenue to Fort Hamilton Parkway.

The feedback is being solicited in advance of a not-yet-scheduled Department of Transportation presentation to Community Board 7.

The original proposal was updated after feedback from the public.

The workshop will be held on Wednesday, August 26th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. It will be virtual only, with participation either on Zoom or by phone

The bike lane will connect the existing protected bike lanes on 20th Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway, creating a continuous connection between the Brooklyn Waterfront Greenway and Prospect Park.
