From The Kensington Stewards:
The Kensington Stewards invite you to attend "Personal Finance: Forms of Loans and
Investing in Fixed Income," a free two-part course on borrowing and
lending.
The first session will cover consumer borrowing (mortgages, student loans, car loans, and credit cards). The second one will cover fixed income investing (bank CDs, bonds, fixed income funds, such as ETFs, and Mutual Funds).
The course will be held on Thursday, February 8th, and Thursday, February 15th, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
A free three-part series, "Introduction to Personal Finance Workshop,"
will be offered at the Kensington Library on Tuesday nights in March from
6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Additional details are not yet available.
Peter Gomori, retired St. Francis
College professor, will lead all of the courses.
