All transactions are in well-lit locations that are monitored and recorded by video surveillance 24/7. No appointment is needed. You do not have to go into the precinct house.
Some of the online marketplaces that offer in-person transactions are eBay, Craigslist, OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, Nextdoor,
neighborhood pages on Facebook, neighborhood listservs, and Buy Nothing groups.
