MUSIC CONCERTS ON PORCHES, FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

Update: The Sunday concert will be held indoors at 121 Marlborough Road due to rain.

From Operation Gig!
Dear Friends and Neighbors,

With overhead costs of approximately zero dollars, OG is a unique opportunity for us to create that rarest of NYC phenomena: a music venue that actually pays a half-decent wage. This, while gifting ourselves an amazing summer-long extravaganza of over 50 concerts within strolling distance!

But the truth is, the donations we collect at our shows don't quite cut it. To do this, we need to raise a fund--as we did last year--to ensure we can always pay respectfully.

If you love OG and want to support local working musicians, please donate what you can to rebuild our musician guarantee fund for 2024. Yes, it's tax deductible!

Operation Gig! provides live music performances outdoors on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

The series, held on the porches of private houses in Ditmas Park, started in July 2020 to offer a venue where musicians could perform during the pandemic. This gives them a source of income and provides a safe space for people to gather to enjoy live music.

Although the performances are free, a suggested $10 donation to the musicians is more than welcome. You can donate either at the performance itself or to the tax-deductible Operation Gig Musician Guarantee Fund on GoFundMe.

Purchase an Operation Gig t-shirt here, and the proceeds will go to the Operation Gig Musician Guarantee Fund.
