The
East Fourth Street Community Garden has announced its open hours for
the spring and summer. From April 1st through October 31st, the garden
will be open to the public from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays,
from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, and from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00
p.m. on Sundays.
The
garden follows the COVID-19 protocols established by the New York City Parks
Department's GreenThumb program. New York City is currently at a low
level of community spread, so face masks and social distancing aren't
currently required in the garden, and there isn't a limit on how many people
can be in the garden at the same time. These policies could change if the COVID-19 situation worsens.
