Free Outdoor Qigong Class with Marisa Carroll

The ancient practice of qigong is a simple sequence of flowing movements, breathing techniques, gentle
self-massage, and guided meditation to help promote feelings of
balance, relaxation, and renewal.
Participate in a free outdoor session of qigong this Sunday,
July 8th, from 11:00 a.m. to 11: 45 a.m. The session is open to the public and will meet on the lawn in the East Fourth Street Community Garden.
The practice will be led by Marisa
Carroll, Certified Healer-Within Qigong Practice Leader, The Institute
of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi.
