POLITICAL PROTEST POSTCARD PARTY NUMBER THREE

Community Political Protest Postcard Party
Tuesday, March 21st, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

On next week's Resist Trump Tuesday, join like-minded neighbors in writing postcards on the issues of the day to the White House,
senators, members of Congress, committee members, and cabinet secretaries.

Make yourself heard: flood them with postcards. Handwritten mail is one of the most effective ways to communicate with government officials.

A $2 or $3 donation will be requested to reimburse the organizers for the cost of stamps and postcards. Any money left over will be donated to the ACLU, which is being kept very busy under the current administration.

If you'd rather, you can bring your own stamps and postcards. And return address labels or an address stamp. And a pen.

If you are going to be at the postcard writing party, please RSVP to acdesign @ verizon.net.

This event will be at Brooklyn Commune, located at 601 Greenwood Avenue, at the corner of Prospect Avenue, in Windsor Terrace, on Tuesday, March 21st, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

If you're taking the Coney Island-bound F train, board the train toward the back end and get out at Fort Hamilton Parkway station. On the Manhattan-bound F, board toward the front.

Thank you to Eugenie and Chris, the owners of Brooklyn Commune (and Butterfunk Kitchen), who are again generously donating the after-hours use of their restaurant for this community event.

Butterfunk Kitchen is right next door to Brooklyn Commune, and its menu will be available to order from. You can also buy beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and desserts.
