Occupy Kensington Meeting
Sunday, January 8th, 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Join Occupy Kensington in continuing to plan resistance to the Trump administration and defend people in Kensington who will be directly affected by the administration's actions.
At the meeting on January 8th, committees that formed during the December meeting will reconvene to plan rapid response, sanctuary, bystander training, communications and network building, media, inauguration day actions, and more.
The meeting will be held in a private house at 347 E. 5th Street, between Church Avenue and Albemarle Road, in Kensington. Newcomers are welcome to attend.
Occupy Kensington is a community-based movement that stands in solidarity with other Occupy, 99%, and liberation movements in New York City , across the country, and around the world.
