The police charged the driver--78-year-old Lynn Reynolds--with felony leaving the scene of an accident causing serious injury, along with failure to exercise due care, a right of way violation and another violation of highway law, according to DNAinfo. [The charge was upgraded to leaving the scene of a fatal accident.]
