Winter Market

Saturday, December 6th

11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  

The P.S.130 PTA Winter Market is a free community event that's open to P.S. 130 parents, their friends, their families, and members of the public. 

Shop for hand-crafted and unique items. The more than thirty-five vendors include local artisans and P.S. 130 student makers. 

The fifth-graders will hold a bake sale. 

The date of the Winter Market is Saturday, December 6th, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

From P.S. 130 PTA:

Shop for local, handmade items from makers in our community.

There will be jewelry, home décor, artisanal food, paper goods, beauty products, tie-dyed clothing, toys, stained glass, ceramics, crocheted items, Turkish towels, manga artwork, and more.

Other activities presented that day will be live music, free crafts & games for kids, and a Photo Booth!

UNIQUE GIFTS AT THE WINTER MARKET AT P.S. 130

P.S. 130 Winter Market

Saturday, December 14th

11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

 

The P.S.130 PTA will host a Winter Market on Saturday, December 14th, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

 

Shop for unique gifts created and sold by local small business artisans and crafters. About thirty local vendors will participate.

 

The vendors will sell jewelry, floral arrangements and wreaths, crochet items, watercolor prints, candles, upcycled fabric creations, clothes, ceramics, handmade leather wallets, Turkish towels, herbal goods, Himalayan items, kids tie-dye, stained glass artwork, Brooklyn-themed merchandise, and other items. 

 

Additional free activities will include a winter-themed photo booth, ornament and holiday card-making, Lego minifigure making, a student musical performance at noon, a storytime hosted by Lofty Pigeon Books at 12:30 p.m., a movie screening at 1:00 p.m., and live holiday tunes at 1:30 p.m.

A free community event, the Winter Market is open to community members as well as to P.S. 130 parents, friends, and families.

TWO-DAY HOLIDAY VENDOR FAIR

Holiday Vendor Fair

Saturday, December 7th,

Sunday, December 8th

10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The annual two-day Immaculate Heart of Mary Holiday Vendor Fair has been scheduled for Saturday, December 7th, and Sunday, December 8th, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Brooklyn Prospect Charter School.

 

Admission is free, and the fair is open to all.

 

Vendors will sell a variety of goods, including confections, candies, crafts, toys, clothing, handmade items, art, jewelry, and more.

 

In addition, Santa Claus will visit, raffles and a 50/50 draw will be held, and refreshments will be available.
