Chand Raat Festival

On the last night of Ramadan, Bangladesh Institute of Performing Arts will present a free Chand Raat Festival outdoors. The festival, which is open to the public, will take place on Thursday, April 20th, at 6:00 p.m.
The festival will feature melody & rhythm, henna art, and small vendors selling clothing and jewelry.
