GOVERNMENT MEETINGS WILL CONTINUE TO BE REMOTE THROUGH SEPTEMBER 12TH

New York's COVID-19 disaster emergency status has been extended again, this time through September 12, 2022.

Executive Order No. 11.9 allows state and local government meetings--including community board meetings--that are normally held in person to be held remotely instead.

The public has to be allowed to watch or listen to these meetings, the meeting has to be recorded, and the proceedings have to be transcribed later. Meetings can be held over a video service (like Zoom) or by phone.
