Celebrate Bengali New Year 1429 at a free, outdoor event in Kensington, Brooklyn, on Sunday May 29th, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
You'll be treated to the music of sitar and tabla duo Morshed Khan Apu and Pinak Pani Goswami and melodious Bangla songs by Morvictus, a New York-based Bengali and English blended hard rock/heavy metal band.
The event is a joint production of Bangladesh Institute of Performing Arts (BIPA) and The Singing Winds.
