SUSPENDED BECAUSE OF SNOW: ALTERNATE SIDE PARKING, STREET DINING, AND MORE

Alternate side parking rules suspended Friday-Saturday, December 18-19, 2020 for snow operations.

Alternate side of the street parking (street cleaning) regulations will be suspended for snow operations on Wednesday, December 16th, through Friday, December 19th, in anticipation of the "biggest snowstorm in years," possibly eight or more inches. All other parking regulations, including those for parking meters, will remain in effect.

Outdoor dining in the streets will also be suspended as of 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

City COVID-19 testing sites will be closed until noon on Thursday.

Public school buildings will be closed on Thursday. Learning Bridges and Learning Labs, after-school programs, adult education, and YABC programs will be canceled. Yellow bus service for charter and non-public school students will not operate. All Meal Hubs will be closed. DOE central and field offices will remain open.

Sanitation Department collection trucks will serve as snow plows. You can put your trash and recycling curbside on your normal schedule, but delays in collection are expected.
