72nd Precinct
Community Council Meeting
Tuesday, July 28th, 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The first meeting since March of the 72nd Precinct
Community Council will be held on Tuesday, July 28th, from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The in-person meeting is open to people who live in or work in Windsor Terrace, Greenwood Heights, South Slope, or Sunset Park. To allow for social distancing, only twenty-five people will be allowed to attend the meeting.
Meet with commanding officer Captain Ernesto Castro and other police officers to discuss past crimes--the types of crime
that have been taking place, their frequency, why they happen, and how the public can help prevent them. Find out what the
precinct is doing to prevent future crimes.
Protective face masks and gloves will be distributed at the meeting.
In normal times, meetings take place on the second Tuesday of each month (except July and August) at 7:30 p.m.
