Weekend Service Notice for the F Train
Electrical improvements will be made on the F line from 9:45 p.m. on Friday, May 10th, to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 11th.
Jamaica-bound F trains will run express from Avenue X to Smith-9 Streets, skipping Avenue U, Avenue P, Avenue N, Bay Parkway, Avenue I, Ditmas Avenue, Fort Hamilton Parkway, 15th Street-Prospect Park, and 4th Avenue-9th Street.
Travel alternatives:
- For service to Avenue U, Avenue P, Avenue N, Bay Parkway, Avenue I, or Ditmas Avenue, take the F to Kings Highway, 18th Avenue, or Church Avenue and transfer to a Coney Island-bound F.
- For service from these stations, take the F to 18th Avenue, Kings Highway, or Avenue X and transfer to a Jamaica-bound F.
- For Fort Hamilton Parkway, 15th Street-Prospect Park, and 4th Avenue-9th Street, take the G instead. Transfer between trains at Church Avenue, 7th Avenue, or Smith-9 Streets.
