If you're looking for some satisfying part-time work in the neighborhood, you might be interested in becoming a store manager at the Windsor Terrace Food Coop.
Store managers oversee the store during hours of operation. They'll be engaged on a full-day or a part-day basis. Duties include
- supervision of coop members on their shifts,
- training of coop members to perform their duties,
- record keeping,
- accepting vendor deliveries, as appropriate, and
- assisting with ordering/purchasing.
The exact duties of the store managers may vary, depending on the requirements on the day the store is being managed. All managers will be appropriately trained for their roles.
Compensation is $20 per hour.
The days that the coop is open are Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.

The Windsor Terrace Food Coop is located at 825 Caton Avenue, at the corner of E. 8th Street in Windsor Terrace, on the Kensington border. It opened in March 2015.
