NEW DINNER ITEMS AT BROOKLYN COMMUNE

 

Imaginative chef Chris Scott has added an appetizer and four entrees to Brooklyn Commune's dinner menu--delicious, no doubt.

Appetizer

  • Roasted Pumpkin Hummus: pumpkin hummus, tahini, pomegranate, pepitas, chimichurri, warm pita

Entrees

  • Chicken Parmigiana: chicken parmigiana, roasted garlic & tomato relish, Pomodoro sauce, potato puree
  • Crispy Fried Fish & Chips: cornmeal crusted fish, hand cut fries, Old Bay remoulade, tamarind glaze
  • Steak & Eggs: seared hangar steak, tempura sweet potatoes, miso poached egg, togarashi
  • Farro & Whole Wheat Pasta: whole wheat pasta, smoked onion and bronze fennel brodo
