RUSSIAN-SPEAKING MISSING PERSON: VALENTINA LIVSHEN

At 9:14 p.m., the NYPD issued a Silver Alert for Valentina Livshen, who has dementia. She is a 74-year-old white female from the area of Ridge Boulevard and 67th Street in Brooklyn.

Ms. Livshen is 5'3" tall, weighs 125 pounds, and has gray hair and blue eyes. She only speaks Russian. She was last seen yesterday, November 30th, at 4:00 p.m., in the area of East 18th Street and Avenue R in Brooklyn. She was wearing a black coat, a pink sweater, black pants and white sneakers.
