What this event is all about is unity between communities and the police who "serve and protect" them. This 10th Annual Unity Showcase Festival will be hosted, as usual, by the NYPD's Patrol Borough Brooklyn South (PBBS). It's happening this Sunday at Bartel-Pritchard Square and will feature entertainment, food, games, and refreshments for children and adults.
Brooklyn has two patrol boroughs, the other being Brooklyn North. The 66th (Kensington, etc.) and 72nd (Windsor Terrace, etc.) precincts are among the thirteen precincts within Brooklyn South.
