QUILTING EXHIBIT AND PROGRAMS AT WINDSOR TERRACE LIBRARY


"Botanical Inspirations"
Wednesday, January 4th, through Tuesday, February 7th

"Botanical Inspirations," an exhibition of quilts made by members of The Quilters' Guild of Brooklyn, is on display at the Windsor Terrace Library from January 4th through February 7th. Two special programs will be offered in connection with the exhibition:

"Quilting for Adults: Open Forum"
Wednesday, January 18th, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
 
Learn about various approaches to quilting: traditional, modern, abstract, and realistic. Explore the use of assorted textiles, applique, embellishment, embroidery, painting, and stitching techniques. Hosted by the Quilters' Guild of Brooklyn.

"Quilting Program for Kids: Story and Craft"
Saturday, January 28th, 11:00 a.m. to 12:03 p.m.

This storytime will feature a fun hands-on quilting activity for kids. Hosted by the Quilters' Guild of Brooklyn.
