  • For cooperators: advice about building management, shareholder-board relations, and tax abatement programs;   
  • For home buyers: information regarding credit health, down payment grants and first-time homebuyer programs and assistance; and
  • For everyone: burglary/fire prevention, graffiti removal, bed bug tips & energy efficiency.
