Kites are a popular part of cultures all around the world. Join Jill Reinier of The Singing Winds to make and decorate your own easy-to-fly Delta kite.
Free kite kits to create birds, butterflies, dragonflies, and more will be available, followed by kite-flying lessons. Use the kites to showcase your own heritage and creativity.
