A weather advisory will be in effect in New York City tomorrow (Tuesday) from 4:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
We'll possibly get 2 to 4 inches of snow, starting at about 6:00 a.m. Then the temperature will go into the 40s, and we'll get rain. The snow--or some of it--will melt, and there will be happiness throughout the land.
