Dear families,Please join us at One World Project on Friday, May 9, from 5-6:30pm for our Primavera Fest at 44 Seeley Street: an opportunity to join students, families, and teachers in a celebration of spring! This event is open to OWP families as well as the broader community, so please feel free to invite your friends and neighbors too :)
A connection with the environment is a core value throughout all our classrooms and camps, and each changing season represents an opportunity to explore and express gratitude for all that nature has to offer. We'll also take this opportunity to inaugurate our brand new Comunidad Garden at 44 Seeley Street! This is a space that we hope can serve as a new chance for connection and growth throughout the summer, and the coming years as well.As it looks like the weather has finally turned, we'll be working together in the garden, making art, and enjoying spring books with one another.
We'll serve food and drinks at the event, and are asking for a suggested donation of $30 per family at the event via Venmo. However as always, we ask that you give only what makes sense to you -- more if you are able, and less if you are not. Please do us a favor and RSVP here so that we have a sense of how many families will be joining us.
Feel free to reach out to me with any questions, and we look forward to seeing you there!Gracias,
