ART EXHIBIT AT WINDSOR TERRACE LIBRARY BY LOCAL ARTIST (FREE)


Opening Reception for
"Alan Braverman’s Drawings and Paintings"
Saturday, October 21st, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The drawings and paintings of Kensington resident Alan Braverman will be on display at Windsor Terrace Library from Saturday, October 21st, through Friday, December 29th.

Alan's work covers quite a range of subjects; a sampling of the titles includes "Brooklyn's Japanese Garden," "A Moroccan Countryside," "Costa Rican Landscape," "A Personal Portrait of a Matisse Model," "A Boat in a Bottle," and "Frida Kahlo, the Artist."

Alan works in oil paint, chalk, charcoal, pastel, watercolor, and acrylic.

The public is invited to an opening reception that Alan will host on Saturday, October 21st, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served. 

Alan is a retired high school teacher and Early Resolution Counselor who was employed by the New York City Department of Education.
