Brancaccio's Food Shop, a take-out prepared foods store, opened on Thursday and has been receiving glowing reviews from neighbors ever since. Chef Joe Brancaccio shops every morning for the ingredients he'll use in his cooking that day. What he buys depends on what's in season, the quality of the food, and what he feels like cooking that day. He prepares about fifteen items daily.
