Update: About five hours after she went missing, Josie was found safe about two miles away from home. She found a police officer and asked for help, and the police were able to identify her from the Missing Persons report.

Me and my wife live in the area. She went missing around 3:15 today. She has Alzheimer's.
She is a 57 year old Puerto Rican. About 5'3, 160 pounds. Light brown eyes and light brown hair pulled back.
She's wearing purple stretch pants, light blue shirt and tan sandals. Her name is Josie Carrasquillo Fletcher. She might seem lost and upset.
She lives at 204 E. 3rd Street, between Caton Avenue and Albermarle Road.
