Q-Teams "focus on non-emergency 311 and 911 concerns, such as abandoned vehicles, noise complaints and illegal parking. Teams will also continue to nurture the relationships that were built with businesses and local community." https://portal.311.nyc.gov/article/?kanumber=KA-03672
