Improve your mood, flexibility, and mobility at "Sit & Be Fit" on Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to noon.
The free chair exercise class for older adults provides a mix of flexibility and strength training.

Seated exercise may offer
- lower risk of some health conditions like stroke, heart disease, hypertension, and type 2 diabetes,
- better bone health,
- improved quality of life,
- lower risk of dementia,
- reduced risk of depression,
- improved energy levels,
- enhanced flexibility,
- better posture.
The library's calendar lists a few weeks' worth of events at a time. It lists this class on June 6th, 13th, and 20th. Check it at a later date to see if the class continues to be offered after June 20th.
