Prospect Park's Carousel will be open an extra weekend: Saturday, November 5th, and Sunday, November 6th, from noon to 5:00 p.m.
The Carousel is for people of all ages. Ride a horse, lion, giraffe, deer, or dragon before the season comes to an end!
Cost: $2 per ride; $9 for a book of 5 tickets.
The Carousel is located in the Park’s "Children’s Corner" just inside the Willink entrance to the Park (at Ocean and Flatbush avenues and Empire Boulevard). Charles Carmel, one of the foremost carousel designers of the time, carved it in 1912. The Prospect Park Alliance restored it in 1990.
The Carousel is wheelchair-accessible.
