NOOSE DRAWN ON FORT HAMILTON PARKWAY SUBWAY STATION WALL
A chalk image of a rope noose was drawn in a neighborhood subway station.
The noose was drawn in chalk on a wall in the Fort Hamilton Parkway F/G subway station on the Manhattan-bound side. After the NYPD investigated, the MTA painted over the drawing.
