ONLINE BIDDING IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FOR P.S. 130 PTA'S ANNUAL SPRING AUCTION

News from the P.S. 130 PTA:

The P.S. 130 PTA is holding its 9th Annual Spring Auction on Saturday, April 13th. Bidding is open to the public and is entirely online at https://tinyurl.com/130springauction2019. Bidding will end promptly at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 13th.

P.S. 130 is a special school--it is both academically robust and incredibly diverse. However, given the current state of funding for public education, fundraising efforts, such as this Auction on April 13th, go a long way to ensuring the continued success of P.S. 130's programs, including author visits, Chess in the School, and recess coaches.

 

The auction features nearly 300 items, including

• Disney Park Hopper Tickets;
• sleepaway camps, like Pocono Springs and Camp Ballibay;
• local camps, like Aviator, Barking Cat, IRT’s Summer Drama Program, and Kids in the Game;
• Broadway and Off Broadway shows, including Aladdin, Frozen, Long Lost, and Make Believe;
• unique experiences, such as an exclusive tour of Jim Henson’s creature shop, a Marc Maron WTF Podcast gift set that includes the opportunity to sponsor an episode, and VIP tickets to the Late Show with Stephen Colbert;
• food and beverage deals to our favorite local restaurants;
• countless classes and lessons for adults and children, including BAX, Blitz Dojo, Brooklyn Children’s Theatre, Brooklyn Robot Foundry, Brownstone Tutors, Camp Olympia, and Wingspan Arts; and
• fine art, including a print and book from Hiroshi Sugimoto, a contemporary Japanese photographer whose esoteric practice explores memory and time.
