parking regulations will be suspended on Monday, February 4th, for Lunar New Year's Eve and Tuesday, February 5th, for Lunar New Year.
All other regulations, including parking meter regulations, will be in
effect. Those are only suspended on these major legal holidays: New
Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and
Christmas.
